About Your Tour Guide

Bio
Steve hails from metropolitan Boston. Growing up he visited museums with his aunt and formulated an early love for art and freedom of expression. Later, Steve taught African American literature to cadets at the United States Military Academy in New York.
He is a published poet and a recipient of the Moving Words award in Arlington, VA. Steve earned an MA degree in Literature from Northeastern University and an MA from Johns Hopkins in Museum Studies. Steve is a world traveler, a father, and most of all an art enthusiast.
He started Stormy Weather Tours to celebrate black visual and literary artists, to show their contributions, and to highlight their global impact.
